The latest Community Satisfaction Survey of Councils is now underway.
This survey has now been moved from annual to quarterly, with a survey also undertaken in February this year.
The survey pool of participants has increased from 600 to 800, meaning approximately 200 people per quarter will be surveyed,
Residents will be contacted during this time by an independent market research agency called National Field Services.
You will not be asked to provide personal information or banking details as part of this survey, as has been the case with a number of recent scams we have been made aware of.
The survey is intended to assess Council’s performance across a range of measures and to identify areas where we can improve.
The results of all Council surveys will be published on the Know Your Council website.
