Green living in Casey champion form

Terms and conditions

  • Entrants to Green Living in Casey Champions must live or work in the City of Casey
  • Entrants must be able to provide several promotional photos that we are able to use for media as requested (not required for initial application).
  • Entrants will need to fill out a photograph consent form once accepted as a ‘champion’.
  • Filling out the online application form does not guarantee you will be featured.
  • Once you have applied, a Waste Education team member will contact you if or when they are looking for more information
  • The 250 words is just for your application, Waste Education staff will contact you for an interview for more information if/when you are to be featured.
  • Media features could be on social media or more traditional forms like newspapers or council documents.
  • Person writing and submitting the entry must be the person to be featured. No surprise entries.
