‘Ercildoune’ is a former farming property dating back to 1850, the homestead built in 1888 is one of a small number of surviving late nineteen century farmhouses in the City of Casey and is significant as a superior and well preserved example of a Victorian Italianate villa. Council committed to restoring the homestead and surrounding landscape to create a space for locals to come together to connect, belong, learn and play.

Hire of combined rooms (two or more spaces at the same time) will receive a discount to the hire fees.
Ercildoune Homestead has been set up with local small businesses and allied health providers in mind. With multiple spaces that can support meetings, consultation, individual and group counselling, training and small group activities. Hire is available 7 days per week, 7:00am to 9:00pm.

Bonds are charged per centre and are in place to cover costs associated with damage to the facility caused by the hirer and/or hirer’s not returning keys/access cards.
Bonds are fully refundable at the end of the hire term if all terms and conditions of hire are met.
Additional fees
Public Liability Insurance is available for an extra $15 per hire for community groups and private events.
