On Sunday 22 September, City of Casey Mayor Cr Amanda Stapledon completed the Mayor's Walk for Disability. The City of Casey, Mayor and Councillors would like to thank all of those who supported and donated to the cause.
All funds raised from the Mayor’s Walk for Disability will go towards the Wolfdene Foundation’s Project 28 initiative, which will see the development of supported accommodation for people in Casey who live with a disability, and are still in the care of their ageing parents or carers.
The event spanned across nine days and the Mayor visited more than 45 local community organisations.
