Join Aimee at 8:00 am for beginner mat pilates classes via zoom. Classes are women only and designed for all fitness levels. Each week a meeting ID and passcode will be posted to the Facebook group.
What you need:
- All you need is a pilates mat/towel and a clear space to move
- Sometimes I may add a cushion or hand weights/ kitchen cans/ whatever have access to in your house for equipment
- You can join with your camera on or off until you grow more confident
- Always take breaks when you need it
- Always work at the level that works best for you
