Handling difficult customers

For volunteers who deal with challenging situations.

Come along to a workshop that will provide you with:

  • skills to deal with some of those volunteering ups and downs
  • tools to handle challenging behaviours of customers
  • the know-how to assess tricky situations, and
  • the knowledge to recognise the value in your contribution to the community.

Light refreshments will be provided. Please provide dietary requirements when booking.
