An eight week Food Handling course covering, include a final exam:

• Food Standards
• Food Safety
• Keeping Foods Safe and Cross Contamination

The nutrition side of the course will teach about different food groups, the importance of each group, as well as making smart food decisions.

For migrant/refugee/asylum seeker women with study rights to learn and practice to get an official Certificate of Handling.
