A workout aimed to create harmony in the body and mind

BodyART is a form of exercise performed barefoot. The aim is to create harmony between body and mind.

BodyART uses exercises from yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, stretching techniques and relaxation. It also includes a short cardio segment with fun fast rhythmic music with options for all fitness levels.
