Council's Economic Development Department supports these groups by:
- providing advice, information and resources
- consulting with groups when preparing policies and strategies aimed at improving business across the City of Casey
- assisting in sourcing government grants
- providing access to Council decision makers
- offering opportunities for networking and professional development via the Council's annual events and training calendar.

Agribusiness Gippsland Inc is a not-for-profit group that has represented agribusiness, farming and allied activities for more than a decade. The Board includes farmers, financial experts, educators and industry leaders. Activities undertaken include researcher projects, forums for landholders, state conferences for the Victorian Agribusiness Council and industry specific workshops. With nearly 4000 stakeholders, it is Victoria's foremost agribusiness group.

The Casey Cardinia Business Group is the premier business group in Melbourne’s South East for people who wish to connect, grow and build long term relationships for their business. The majority of businesses who join are located in the Casey Cardinia Region, however the group welcomes members who are external to the region also. Furthermore, there are no restrictions on business size or industry sector – everyone is encouraged to become a member!
With a strong focus on networking and training events, the group unites a vibrant and active business community and promotes further business investment into the region. Members are entitled to free or discounted access to networking events such as Casey Cardinia Business Breakfasts held four times a year, as well as an additional four networking evenings – exclusive to CCBG members. Members also receive free or discounted access to Council run training workshops and seminars to assist with business development and growth. The group provides further support to its members in the form of free mentoring for applicants of the Casey Business Awards and Cardinia Business Awards, free business listing on the CCBG webpage, access and information through the CCBG Facebook page and more.

Casey Cardinia Referral Network is a non-profit organisation incorporated in Victoria, Australia. Our membership base covers the City of Casey within South Eastern Metropolitan Melbourne.
The goal of Casey Cardinia Referral Network is to promote small business growth and development within the City of Casey by referring local businesses to our customers.
The Casey Cardinia Referral Network meets every second Thursday morning at Kilgerron Homestead, Narre Warren Cranbourne Road, Narre Warren South.

Women Making it Work is an exciting new business network for women across the region of Casey and Cardinia, proudly supported by the City of Casey, the Shire of Cardinia.
The network aims to encourage and support women in business from all industry sectors so they can further develop their business development skills, such as business planning, finance, networking and marketing, as well as creating opportunities for new business relationships in the region.
The network facilitates a program of monthly training and networking events across Casey and Cardinia, offering women:
access to a suite of training programs
presentations by guest speakers
a range of resource materials.
