Description:
Cairns Road Community Room is a new facility situated in the Cairns Road Recreation Reserve and is built at the western end of the sports pavilion.

The Community Room is available for hire by individuals and community groups and is suitable for meetings, small social functions such as children’s parties and gatherings of up to 80 people.

There are chairs to accommodate up to 80 people theatre style as well as folding tables. Accessible toilet. Heating and air conditioning. Hire of the room includes access to tea and coffee making facilities. Availability of access to the large adjacent kitchen must be discussed with the booking officer.

Alcohol is not allowed in Cairns Road Community Room at any time.

While there is limited parking at the hall itself, there is ample parking directly across the road at Dalton Reserve.  Unavailable for 21st or 18th birthday party bookings.
