EmailSpectrum Entertainment is a FReeZA Youth Advisory Committee who organise all ages events. They receive training in event management, promotion and marketing, budgeting, band liaison, pub
lic speaking and lots more.
Events have included:
- Fringe Fest
- Push Start Battle of the Bands
- Grand Prix Wave Off Entertainment
- Live and Loud
- Plus many other events
Performers Spectrum Entertainment have worked with include:

- Dream on, Dreamer
- House vs Hurricane
- And many more
Spectrum is made up of young people aged between 15 and 25 years from throughout the municipality. Spectrum's main role is to ensure all events are relevant and accessible to young people in the City of Casey.
In consultation with Casey Youth Services staff, the Committee also develops the schedule of events, sets and monitors budgets, selects entertainment and venues, negotiates production and event support agreements (contracts), marketing, promotion, sponsorship, insurance and general administrative duties.
