EmailUse this form when a Planning Permit is required to use and/or develop land within the City of Casey. Zoning provisions under the Casey Planning Scheme will generally regulate planning permit requirements for the use and development of the land.
The information needed on the Application for Planning Permit form is required under section 47 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 and regulations 15 and 38 of the Planning and Environment Regulations 2005.
Any material submitted with the application, including plans and personal information, will be made available for public viewing, including electronically, and copies may be made for interested parties for the purpose of enabling consideration and review as part of a planning process under the Planning & Environment Act 1987.
