EmailThe City of Casey's Planning Department provides information and advice about the planning scheme. They assess permit applications against the Casey Planning Scheme, processes & coordinate planning proposals for Council's consideration.
Under Victoria's planning system local Councils and State Government develop planning schemes to control land use and development. These schemes are developed in line with planning policy and strategy and contain planning policies, zones, overlays and other provisions that affect how land can be used and developed.
