Lost tags
If your pet loses its tag, just contact the City of Casey and a new tag will be sent to you free of charge.
Change of Address
You do not have to personally come to City of Casey to change the address of your pet - just contact the City of Casey.
Don't forget to update the contact details for your pet's microchip by visiting the Central Animal Records website.
Deceased Pet
If your currently registered pet is now deceased, please contact the City of Casey to arrange for its removal from our database.
