EmailIf you have received a parking infringement and you were not responsible for the vehicle at the time of the offence please complete one of the following statements that best describes your situation.
You were not at the time of the offence driving, or had at the time of the offence possession or control of the motor vehicle or trailer or the motor vehicle to which the trailer was attached
If you had sold or otherwise disposed of the motor vehicle or trailer before the time of the offence was not at the time of the offence or that any interest in the motor vehicle or trailer had ceased to be vested in you prior to the date of the alleged offence.
The motor vehicle was a stolen motor vehicle;
The trailer was a stolen trailer;
The number plates displayed on the motor vehicle were stolen; and / or
The number plates displayed on the trailer were stolen.
You were not driving nor had possession or control and you can't with reasonable diligence ascertain the identity of the person who was at the time driving.
Nomination Rejection Statement
You did not have possession or control of the motor vehicle or trailer as the case requires, before the offence as stated in the known user statement and you did not have possession or control of the motor vehicle or trailer at the time of the offence or the motor vehicle or trailer, as the case requires, had not been sold or disposed of to you, and that no interest in it had otherwise vested in you as stated in the sold vehicle statement.
