The City of Casey has launched its Customer Service Commitments to ensure residents and visitors receive a consistent, high standard of customer service whenever they visit or contact Council.
City of Casey Mayor Cr Sam Aziz said ‘All Council departments are committed to providing the best customer service to all people at all times’.
‘The Customer Service Commitments will help us achieve ongoing satisfaction in our dealings with the community, ensuring all customer service encounters are timely, accurate,accountable and responsive to each and every customer’s needs.
‘We operate in one of the largest and fastest growing municipalities in the state, and provide over 100 services to more than 252,000 residents every day.
‘From footpaths and roads, local laws to children’s services and events to environment, Council has launched Customer Service Commitments across its major services.
‘The comprehensive suite of Customer Service Commitments will benefit all residents and visitors to Casey, providing information on what everyone can expect when dealing with Council.
‘This includes the manner in which you should expect to be greeted through to the decision making process and response to your enquiry’.
Cr Aziz said Council is committed to meeting the terms of its Customer Service Commitments.
‘We look forward to strengthening our communication in all dealings with the community’.
