The MOODGym Training Program
MoodGYM is a free online program, designed to prevent and treat depression. It teaches users to identify symptoms and feelings and provides strategies to handle stress, separation and relationship break-ups as well as meditation and relaxation techniques. It is interactive, easy to use and a good service for people who are unable or unwilling to access traditional therapy.

Most Victorian children and young people are adequately cared for and nurtured by their family. It is only when parents or caregivers are unable or unwilling to protect children against significant harm that the child protection networks must take up this responsibility. The broader child protection network, which includes families, the local community, community agencies, professionals working with children, police and government, works together to keep children safe from harm. The Victorian Child Protection Service is specifically targeted to those children and young people at risk of significant harm.

Being in love is supposed to feel great. But sometimes it just feels confusing. What can you do if you are being hurt, controlled or treated badly in a relationship? Counsellors can listen to you and give you support, ideas and information on what you could do. A domestic violence service can talk to you about abuse in relationships. A sexual assault or rape crisis service can support you if you have been sexually assaulted or raped by your boyfriend, or by anyone else. Most of these services can talk to you and provide support and information over the telephone, and will refer you to see a counsellor in person if you want to.

In addition to our services we are very well resourced, so that if we can’t help you directly we can point you to someone who can help. The Andrews Centre is an initiative of the Endeavour Ministries. It is a Christian-based voluntary organisation, which seeks primarily to provide for those who are in need for whatever reason - the lonely, the depressed, the ill, those in financial difficulty, etc. The Andrews Centre offers counselling, education programs, food relief, financial and legal advice and a free meeting room for community groups.

The Crisis Assessment Treatment Team provides 24-hour community-based and emergency department-based assessment and treatment of mental illness, and organise access to acute psychiatric inpatient units. They also operate from Berwick and Clayton.
