Guide to Volunteering
Volunteering is a fantastic way that you can give something back to your community. Volunteering involves providing your resources - time, service and / or skills - for others with the understanding that there will be no financial rewards. This act is an asset to organisations that may have limited staff and resources, yet play a significant role in the community.
Volunteering is very important in the Casey community. Hundreds of local volunteers regularly give their time and energy to assist others in the community.
City of Casey's 'What You Need to Know Guides' are designed to assist residents and community groups by providing necessary information about becoming a volunteer, starting a community group and running successful meetings.
