Footpath Repairs
You can help to keep our roads and footpaths in good repair by reporting potential problems. These may include tripping hazards, footpath damage, dangerous footpaths and pot holes.
Please report potholes or broken footpaths by contacting the City of Casey.
Report any damage to concrete paving and footpaths BEFORE you start building
If you are building within the City of Casey you will be held responsible for any damaged concrete footpaths adjacent to your property unless you advise Council of any damage prior to you commencing the building.
In order to avoid any disputes you can advise Council, using the Prior Damages Report form attached, of any existing damage to the footpath. This will then be inspected and recorded and you will not be held responsible.
