The information in this document outlines how you should approach Council when planning to run an event to ensure all regulations are met, as well as outlining the role Council has in event compliancy.

The information in the Event Approval Guide below outlines how to approach Council when planning to run an event to ensure all regulations are met.
Event Approval Application Form
If you are running an event within the City of Casey please contact the Events Unit on 9705 5200 prior to filling out the Event Approval Application Form. Once the Events Unit has assessed your event, you will need to complete the Event Approval Application Form with support from Council officers. Completing this application form enables Community Event Organisers to apply for:

- Free advertising on the Community Event Sign - Narre Warren or Cranbourne
