Boomerang Bags

The City of Casey is proudly supporting three local Boomerang Bag groups to produce shopping bags made from upcycled materials. This initiative aims to address plastic pollution and reduce waste to landfill.

Volunteers are required for working bees with tasks such as cutting out material, sewing, collecting donated materials and distributing bags at community events.

The Brentwood Park Neighbourhood House group meets every second Thursday morning.

The Coastal Villages group meets regularly at Blind Bight Community Centre.

The Endeavour Hills group meeting on the 2nd Wednesday of every month (6pm-9pm) and 4th Saturday of every month (1pm-4pm) at the Endeavour Hills Neighbourhood Centre
