Cranbourne West Precinct Structure Plan

Responsible Department - Strategic Development

The full Cranbourne West Precinct Structure Plan is available from the Victorian Planning Authority website.

The PSP is a long-term plan to guide future urban development. It describes how the land is expected to be developed and how and where infrastructure and services are planned to support development.

The Precinct comprises approximately 791 hectares of land and is generally bounded by Thompsons Road to the north, Western Port Highway to the west, Ballarto Road Reserve and the Ranfurlie Golf Club in the south, Evans Road and Cranbourne-Frankston Road in the east, and also includes the wedge of land west of the Merinda Park Station at Lyndhurst.

The Cranbourne West Precinct Structure Plan was approved by the Minister for Planning on 7 June 2012, through Amendment C159 to the Casey Planning Scheme.
