The PSP is a long-term plan to guide future urban development. It describes how the land is expected to be developed and how and where infrastructure and services are planned to support development.
The Cranbourne North Stage 2 PSP area is part of a broader Cranbourne North area which is bounded by Glasscocks Road to the north, Narre Warren–Cranbourne Road to the west, Thompsons Road to the south and Berwick–Cranbourne Road to the east.
