Casey Complex Structure Plan (2mb)

The purpose of the Casey Complex Structure Plan is to provide for future growth and manage change to the physical environment and activities on land owned by Council at the Complex.

The Casey Complex (the ‘Complex’) is a 21 hectare parcel of land owned by the City of Casey on the eastern periphery of the Cranbourne Town Centre. The Complex forms an integral part of the Cranbourne Town Centre and is located between key activity nodes including the Cranbourne Retail Core (primarily the High Street), Royal Botanic Gardens, Cranbourne Racecourse and Recreation Complex, and Casey Fields.
