Saddle up for Casey Rides

Calling all horse riders - giddy up and sign up now for Casey Rides through the Cranbourne Turf Club.

This event is an opportunity for horse enthusistiats to join an 8km group ride along the tracks and trails around the Cranbourne Turf Club.

City of Casey Mayor Cr Sam Aziz encouraged horse enthusiasts of all ages and experiences to sign up.

“The City of Casey is home to many passionate horse enthusiasts, from our racing codes to the equestrian community,” Cr Aziz said.

“This is a unique event where you can ride side-by-side with more than 100 other horse lovers at one of Casey’s great venues.

“Sign up as an individual or a family and meet other people who share your interest, or come along with others from your riding club or riding school and join in the fun.”

The Cranbourne Turf Club provides some of the best equine facilities in Casey with ample stabling and onsite parking for all participants.

The planned route provides a safe environment for riders and their horses of varying abilities.

Event details

Date: Sunday 7 May 2017
Time: Registrations from 9.00 am, ride begins 11.00 am. Ride will take just over an hour.
Venue: Cranbourne Turf Club, Grant Street, Cranbourne
Cost: $25 individual, $45 family (2 adults and 2 children)
