We are looking for someone with a passion for strengthening the community to ensure the success and sustainability of youth programs at the Casey Aboriginal Gathering Place.
The role aims to engage young Aboriginal people by providing culturally appropriate case management, mentoring and support to increase their levels of physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
This is a strategic role which will review and implement the Casey Aboriginal Engagement Plan and delivery of the Casey Aboriginal Gathering Place vision and operations.
You will be tertiary qualified in social work, counselling, psychology or a related discipline and/or have proven relevant experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.
You will be able to demonstrate your ability to develop and foster sustainable strategic partnerships with agencies and service providers, successfully delivering on the objectives of similar projects.
