Draft Pound Road and Shrives Road Residential Area Development Plan

The City of Casey has prepared a draft Development Plan for the Pound and Shrives Road Residential Area, Hampton Park.  This has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Schedule 18 to Clause 43.04, Development Plan Overlay, of the Casey Planning Scheme.

The draft Development Plan proposes residential development and outlines the design and development outcomes to be achieved in the future redevelopment of the site.

Community information session

There will be a community information session to provide residents with the opportunity to view the plan, ask questions and provide feedback.

It will be held from 5.00 pm -7.00 pm on Monday 18 December at:
