Health care providers providing services via Medicare rebates with no gap fee.
Programs, services, information sessions, events and activities co-facilitated, in support or operating in partnership with Council.

Churches providing worship and community programs that are inclusive and accessible to all community members.

Proof of community group registration required (For example: Certificate of incorporation, Auspice under a parent group or other recognised authority, Registered not for profit, Formal committee or other documentation as deemed appropriate by City of Casey staff)
