Health & Wellbeing

The diabetes wellness program is an interactive group program helping people manage their diabetes and reduce the risks of heart disease. It is run by expert health professionals providing knowledge, motivation and support needed to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle.The program runs over 4 weeks.
