Casey Connect - connecting communities online
Casey Connect is an on-line community for groups and individuals who live, work or meet in the municipality. The name of the project was derived from the idea of ‘connecting’ people in Casey: strengthening communication, enabling partnerships and creating a better sense of community.
Casey Connect is a web-based portal that provides groups and organisations in the City of Casey with a set of easily editable and free web pages. It allows groups to communicate with their committee members, the people they are there to support and promote their group to the wider community. It also allows Casey residents to search for local events and community led services, and communicate directly with the people responsible.
