Pavilion works are progressing well. Services have been roughed in and internal linings are being installed. External paving works are scheduled to commence. When complete this project will provide a regional level pavilion that will house two local clubs. |

This facility will consist of 3 Soccer fields, training lights, 1 Cricket overlay oval with double pavilion, roads & car park, park fencing, paths and 3 cricket nets. |

Civil works for Lynbrook Boulevard are currently being finalised. Vic Roads are completing the tie in works at Hallam Road on behalf of Council as part of the Hallam Road duplication. Lynbrook Boulevard will be open to traffic when the Vic Roads works are completed. |

Works are underway on this sports development. The project components include two senior sized Australian Rules football/ cricket ovals (with one turf and one synthetic cricket pitch), two netball courts, three cricket practice nets, four change room cricket/ football pavilion, car parking, oval floodlighting, playground and park facilities. |
