Minta Farm Business Precinct Structure Plan

Where is it?

The Minta Farm Business Precinct growth area is generally bounded by the City of Casey boundary to the east, Soldiers Road to the west, the Princes Freeway to the north and Grices Road to the south.

When will it be planned for?

The Metropolitan Planning Authority (MPA) is currently in the process of preparing the Minta Farm Precinct Structure Plan and Development Contributions Plan.

When it is prepared, the Precinct Structure Plan will describe how the land is expected to be developed, and how and where services and infrastructure are planned to support development.

The Development Contributions Plan will facilitate the delivery of some of the key services and facilities required to support the new community by establishing funding provisions.

Where can I get more information?

The Metropolitan Planning Authority prepares Growth Corridor Plans to guide the delivery of key housing, employment and transport across Melbourne's growth areas.  The South East Growth Corridor Plan (4mb) applies to the City of Casey and Shire of Cardinia.
