Where is it?
The Croskell Precinct Structure Plan area is generally bounded by Thompsons Road to the north, Berwick-Cranbourne Road to the east and Donohue Street to the south.
When will it be planned for?
The Metropolitan Planning Authority (MPA) is currently in the process of preparing the Croskell Precinct Structure Plan and Development Contributions Plan.
When it is prepared, the Precinct Structure Plan will describe how the land is expected to be developed, and how and where services and infrastructure are planned to support development.
The Development Contributions Plan will facilitate the delivery of some of the key services and facilities required to support the new community by establishing funding provisions.
Where can I get more information?
The Metropolitan Planning Authority prepares Growth Corridor Plans to guide the delivery of key housing, employment and transport across Melbourne's growth areas. The South East Growth Corridor Plan (4mb) applies to the City of Casey and Shire of Cardinia.
It is expected that the Croskell Precinct Structure Plan will be generally in accordance with the South East Growth Corridor Plan.
