Use this form to amend an application for planning permit you have lodged but that has not yet been granted. You can make amendments where a decision of the application has not yet been made by the responsible authority. Amendments are made under Section 50 or Section 57A of the Planning & Environment Act 1987.
Revised plans must be of the same scale and type as those originally submitted for the Planning Application, and all changes should be clearly highlighted.

Amend your application
Use this form to make an amendment to an existing (granted) permit which may alter the use and/or development allowed by the permit. The information needed on the Application to Amend a Planning Permit form is required under Section 72 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 and regulation 16 of the Planning and Environment Regulations 2005.
A permit issued by the Minister under Division 6 cannot be amended using the form. This can be considered as an application for an amendment to the Minister under Division 6 of the Act (section 97I).

Use this form for minor amendments to your endorsed plans or to gain written consent from the Responsible Authority for a variation of the requirement(s) within a condition of an existing Planning Permit. If your permit was determined by VCAT please contact our planners before completing this form.
