Audit and Ethics Charter
The Audit and Ethics Committee's role is to monitor, review and advise the Council on the standard of its financial control, risk management and corporate governance.
The Audit and Ethics Committee is established as a Section 86 Committee in accord with the Local Government Act 1989, reporting to Council. The Council's insurance policies will provide indemnity to Audit & Ethics Committee members.
