EmailThe City of Casey is seeking nominations for eight community representatives for the Casey Arts and Cultural Advisory Committee.
Established in 2003, the main purpose of the Arts and Cultural Advisory Committee is to provide Council with informed feedback and advice about local arts and cultural issues. Ideally, the committee comprises a range of community members who represent diverse creative forms and practices, and reflect the diversity of Casey’s population and geographic spread.
Every two years, nominations for membership are sought from people who live or work in the City of Casey and have an interest in the ongoing development of arts and culture within Casey. Meetings are held on a Monday evening, on a bi-monthly basis.
Nominations close at 5pm on Friday, 31 May 2013.
