Parks and Reserves Guidelines

Enjoying our Parks and Reserves

The City of Casey is home to numerous well-equipped parks and reserves which offer opportunities for residents to enjoy a fantastic range of small events and activities. Some of the amenities and features on offer at these spaces include:

  • public barbecues
  • landscaped gardens
  • open lawn areas
  • children’s playgrounds
  • shelters and shade structures
  • skate and BMX facilities
  • seating and picnic tables

All parks and reserves are maintained on a regular basis, but it is up to the organiser of the event to take responsibility for cleaning up after themselves and their guests.

While most parks and reserves cannot be exclusively booked for private events, residents can book spaces at Council’s specialised facilities, such as Wilson Botanic Park Berwick, The Old Cheese Factory and Myuna Farm.

A list of parks and reserves along with their features and locations can be found on the Parks and Facilities section of Casey’s website.
