Event Forum

The City of Casey aims to provide up to two FREE Event Forums each year for community event organisers. The purpose of the Event Forums is to provide information and increase awareness of Council event related services and also provide a networking opportunity for Casey's event organisers.

Benefits of Community Event Organisers attending Forums include:

  • Increased awareness of the function of Council’s Events Unit in supporting community events
  • Conduct safe and successful events
  • Opportunity to liaise with Council’s Event Officers, having questions answered
  • Gaining an understanding of compliancy issues relating to events
  • Taking the opportunity to hear guest speakers with event expertise and experience
