The roar of motorcycles and a sea of colour and chrome filled the streets of Cranbourne on Saturday 17 October at the Cranbourne GP Run. The City of Casey is proud to host one of the largest and most exciting events in Victoria, as thousands of motorcyclists gathered in Cranbourne to travel en-masse to Phillip Island for the 2015 Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix.
There was plenty of entertainment to keep the whole family enthralled with a variety of children's activities, food stalls and entertainment including Scratch Art, Origami and Face Painting.
The City of Casey would like to thank the 2015 charity partner Asylum Seeker Resource Centre, our celebrity Eddie Perfect, and Cranbourne Chamber of Commerce for there support and involvement in the 2015 event. With a special mention to the crew who worked on event day, Victorian Motorcycle Council (VMS) and the Victorian Police who helped provide a fun, safe and record breaking event with more bikes joining in ride than ever before.
