It’s time to find your stride and saddle up your horse for this group ride through the Cranbourne Turf Club.
Ride side-by-side with other horse enthusiasts as you travel through the trails of this exclusive and unique venue.
The Cranbourne Turf Club provides some of the best facilities in Casey including stables, ample parking and onsite traffic management. The planned route provides a safe environment for riders and their horses of varying abilities.

The route will be approximately 8km and is estimated to take just over an hour. Please see below map for further details.
The event route does include the ride going through a tunnel which will lead to the inner circuit of the track. Should your horse be uncomfortable with tunnels, there is an option to skip this section of the ride which will be discussed at registration on the event day and managed through ribbon identification and the marshals.
Unforunately no horse drawn vehicles will be allowed to take part in the ride.
Parking is available for vehicles and floats inside the venue with easy access to the stables. All horses are to be placed within the stable area. Float parking is close by for easy access to equipment and supplies. Please see below some photos of the stables.
Two marshals from the Cranbourne Turf Club will lead the ride and will be supported by volunteer marshals. The volunteer marshals will be scattered throughout the remainder of the ride. If you have any issues through the event, please seek assistance from the marshal.
Refreshments will be provided to all riders following the conclusion of the ride. Water and carrots will also be available for the horses.
We request that all horses registered to ride are up to date with their recommended vaccines.
A photographer will be present on the day for the event and will take photographs throughout the ride for marketing purposes. Should you not wish to be included in these photographs please make this known to event staff at the point of registration of the day.
