Purpose
Arts Development Plan - The plan provides a cohesive and sustainable framework for the delivery of arts services and activities that reflect the needs and aspirations of the community.
Scope
The plan has a companion document, the Arts Facility Plan, which provides a strategic framework to guide future planning, development and provision of arts facilities to meet the needs of Casey’s growing population.
